Lessons run one-on-one, as a small group, or as a family session with up to four swimmers and one coach. Prices are published, there is no membership, and nothing renews on you.

Residence pools come first in Kelana Jaya. If the pool in your building is available to you, that is the simplest place to learn, and the coach does the travelling instead of the swimmer.
The municipal complex on Jalan Stadium is the public alternative nearby. A lesson at a public venue depends on the coaches teaching there and the hours the venue releases, so check live availability in the app rather than assuming a slot.
The most common place a TrySwim lesson happens. The coach travels to the pool you already use, so there is no drive, no parking and no waiting-room hour. Ask your building for permission first: the pool is common property, and the JMB or management corporation sets the rules on coaching.
