FAQ
Pricing questions, answered
How do lesson packs work?
You buy a pack of lesson credits in one purchase, schedule the first session at checkout, and redeem the remaining credits whenever suits you — any available slot with any of our verified coaches, within the pack validity window.
Do I have to keep the same coach for the whole pack?
No. Credits belong to you, not to a coach — you can book different coaches across the same pack if your schedule (or your swimmer) prefers someone else.
What happens if a group lesson does not fill up?
Group sessions run when enough swimmers join the slot. If a group session cannot run, every affected seat is refunded in full — you never pay for a lesson that did not happen.
What are bonus sessions?
Larger packs include bonus sessions on top of the pack size — for example a 12-pack includes one extra session free. The prices shown are the full pack price; bonus sessions simply lower your effective per-session cost.
How long are packs valid?
Each pack has its own validity window, shown alongside the price — from 7 days for a single session up to 180 days for the largest private packs. Credits are redeemable until the window closes.
Is there a registration or membership fee?
No. You pay per pack, and that is the only charge. No joining fee, no monthly membership, no lock-in.
