Every lesson checks in at your gate
The kiosk is one screen at your front desk. It unlocks with a PIN, checks the swimmer and the coach in, and logs the whole lesson - so nobody gets on your deck without you knowing.

Your staff tap in a short PIN to open the kiosk. Nobody else can use it.

Check the swimmer in
The swimmer shows the code on their phone. Your staff scan it, or just type the six characters.

Check the coach in
The lesson cannot start until the coach checks in too. You always know exactly who is on your deck.

Lesson done, and logged
A timer runs the session on screen. Both sides check out, the lesson is marked complete - and your facility share is counted.

The online wizard takes about five minutes: facility profile, pool details (lanes, length, depth), and who on your team can log in.

Our team reviews the listing, agrees access windows with you, and sets up your kiosk. Most facilities are live in under a week.

Coaches fill your lane time
Verified coaches schedule lessons at your pool inside the windows you approved. Residents and members can book the same coaches downstairs.

Every completed, kiosk-verified session credits 20% to your facility. Track it on the dashboard; payouts settle on schedule.

Frequently asked questions
How much will our facility actually earn?
Your share is 20% of every completed session, and swimmers buy lessons in packs rather than one at a time. On the largest pack of each type that is RM 450 to your facility from one 16-lesson private pack (up to three swimmers), RM 134 per swimmer on a 16-lesson group pack, and RM 280 on a 12-lesson family pack. As an illustration, 20 households each buying the 16-lesson 1-on-1 private pack works out to about RM 6,600 — an estimate, not a guarantee. What you actually earn depends on how many sessions your windows host; the dashboard shows what you have earned, updated as lessons finish.
What kinds of pools does TrySwim partner with?
Condominium and residence pools, hotel pools, clubs, and commercial aquatic centres across KL & Selangor. If your pool has bookable lane time and controlled access, it likely qualifies — sign up or talk to us and we will confirm.
What does it cost the facility?
Nothing upfront and no subscription. TrySwim earns only when lessons run: of each completed session, your facility always keeps 20%, the coach keeps 20–60% depending on their tier, and TrySwim keeps the remainder.
Do we lose control of our pool schedule?
No. Coaching happens only inside the access windows you agree during onboarding, and every person on deck for a lesson has checked in through your kiosk. You can adjust windows with us at any time.
What about our residents and members?
They gain a real perk: certified swim lessons they can book at their own pool. Many partner facilities promote it as part of the building’s offering — and we can co-host an open day to launch it.
